Fitness enthusiast and owner of so-fit Nigeria, Sandra Okeke has shared some of her cardio routines and lower body workout. However, she stated that this workout does not need any equipment or gym. It is a routine you can do from the comfort of your home.

1️⃣Power cross squats
2️⃣ low squat hops
3️⃣Squat + calf raises
4️⃣Squat + toe touch
Perform 3-4 rounds of exercise, 10-12 reps each! 1-minute rest in between
