Fitness enthusiast and owner of so-fit Nigeria, Sandra Okeke has shared some of her cardio routines and lower body workout. However, she stated that this workout does not need any equipment or gym. It is a routine you can do from the comfort of your home.

“If you fancy a nice, sweaty routine to start your day off or to end your day, try this out!! No equipment needed not even a resistance band. Just get moving. The more you move your body, the more comfortable and confident you’ll feel. By making out just 30 minutes in a day you’re drastically going to make a big difference In your daily life”

CIRCUIT:
1️⃣Power cross squats
2️⃣ low squat hops
3️⃣Squat + calf raises
4️⃣Squat + toe touch

METHOD:
Perform 3-4 rounds of exercise, 10-12 reps each! 1-minute rest in between
