Fitness guru, Mr. London shares some workout tips with his followers on how to practice an intense leg circuit workout.
He mentioned that he really recommend people using a 5-10kg dumbbell and having a bottle of water next to them because these exercises are a killer.

Workout Routine
Step Squat Jump (3sets/12reps)
Deep side lunge (3sets/12reps)
Squat step by step (3sets/12reps)
Wide/close squat jump (3sets/12reps)
45-60sec REST after each set
