“Plank Pose is a core strength training pose that works all major abdominal muscles, while also strengthening your shoulder, chest, neck, glute, quadriceps, and back muscles giving you an improved posture, flexibility as well as a tighter tummy.

“For optimal result, it is recommended that you strive to do three sets of up to 60 seconds. However, It’s OK to start with shorter sets and work up to 60 seconds.

“Now that you’ve been told. How about you give it a try today?”
